Philadelphia Judge Suppresses Evidence of Narcotics and Money Found in Home of Eugene Tinari's Client

A Philadelphia judge this week suppressed all evidence of narcotics and money found within a client's home. The police did not have a valid search warrant and Tinari successfully argued the search was a violation of the client's constitutional rights.
